Compassionate Support Partner for Daily Outings

Health Your Way seeks a dedicated Personal Assistant / Carer to accompany an individual with complex needs on regular day trips.
The successful candidate will receive:
- A competitive hourly rate of £12.50
- Pro rata annual leave equivalent to 5.6 weeks per year
- Full certificated training on all aspects of the role
Responsibilities include:
- Providing support and assistance with personal care
- Accompanying the individual on outings, ensuring their safety and well-being
- Driving and navigating to various locations (full driving license required)
Key requirements include:
- Experience working with individuals with autism, epilepsy, and learning difficulties
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Epilepsy training and an enhanced DBS check
