We are looking for a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Community Care Worker. As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality care to service users living in their own homes, assisting them with daily living tasks and promoting their independence.

You will need to be a driver with your own transport, as the role requires regular travel to visit service users. You will also need to be able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
