Job Title: Support Professional

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires dedication, patience, and understanding. As a Support Professional with Apex Housing Association, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities.

**About the Role:**
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate individual to join our team as a Support Professional. In this role, you will work closely with service users to provide person-centred care and support, enabling them to live independently and achieve their goals.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services
* Develop and implement individualised support plans
* Maintain accurate records and reports
* Participate in training and professional development opportunities

**Requirements:**
* QCF/NVQ 2 Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification
* 6 months' experience in a formal care/support role
* Previous experience of working with individuals with learning disabilities/mental health issues
* Ability to register with NISCC (Northern Ireland Social Care Council)
* Willingness to work towards completion of relevant qualification
