Senior Care Assistant

We're seeking a compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our dedicated team working nights. As a vital member of our care team, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional care and support to our residents, enhancing their quality of life and promoting a culture of kindness within our community.
Your primary responsibilities will include administering medication, maintaining accurate records, and providing essential physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities. You'll work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care, maintaining the highest standards and promoting a positive atmosphere within our care setting.
We offer a comprehensive package including a salary of £22,500 per annum, which reflects the importance of this role in supporting our residents. Benefits extend beyond your annual pay, with perks such as free uniform, company pension scheme, 28 days annual leave, life assurance cover, and more.
