Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Energy Trading Risk Management (ETRM) expert to join our Dexian team embedded in a global oil and gas provider. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP MM & SD and experience in the oil industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring and developing the ETRM application to enable end-to-end processes from scheduling through to actualization. They will also support the development of necessary integration with SAP S/4 and other logistics, manufacturing, and compliance systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Configuring and developing the ETRM application
  • Supporting the development of necessary integration with SAP S/4
  • Supporting the development of necessary integration with logistics, manufacturing, and compliance systems
  • Working with business leads on system configuration for end-to-end business scenarios
  • Assisting in testing preparation activities
  • Ensuring key deliverables are completed on time and aligned with project expectations
  • Coordinating with project team members and key contacts
  • Identifying and escalating critical issues
  • Providing input to project change management and start-up plans
  • Ensuring compliance with established standards and controls

Interfaces:

  • SC Business Process Leads/ SC Value Chain Advisors
  • IT Project Managers/Solution Architects/System Architects/Scrum Masters/Delivery Team
  • Other track leads including Data, Interfaces, Security & Controls and Testing

Required skills and experience include:

  • Experience in the oil and gas industry Supply Chain Management (SCM) with expertise in Supply business and its integration with Trading Platforms
  • Expertise in end-to-end global business transformation projects
  • Experience with end-to-end SAP MM cycle: purchase contract, order, goods receipt. Experience in SAP SD cycle: sales contract, order, delivery, goods issue, billing
  • Knowledge of ION OpenLink (Endur) trading system for scheduling and actualization as well as trading and risk management
  • Knowledge of marine logistics systems such as Veson IMOS and Navarik would be a plus
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
