This role is ideal for a Psychology graduate who is passionate about analysing behaviour and implementing techniques and coping mechanisms to support SEN pupils to reach their full potential.

The successful candidate will have a fair understanding of SEN and SEMH, be able to build meaningful relationships with students and their families, and have a passion for working with children.

This Behavioural SEN Teaching Assistant role would be best suited to an individual who is looking to develop their career in the field of education and gain hands-on experience of supporting children with SEN.

The successful candidate will be given training on strategies and interventions that encourage positive outcomes and development of their pupils.

Key Responsibilities:
