Investigation Officer

About the role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Welsh Ambulance Services University NHS Trust (WASUT) as an Investigation Officer, supporting investigations and employee relations cases that adopt a compassionate practice ethos. You will work across Wales, utilizing your analytical and report-writing skills to present at hearings and employment tribunals.
Main responsibilities:
- Conducting disciplinary investigations, writing reports, and presenting at hearings and appeals.
- Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with colleagues, managers, and trade union partners.
- Providing coaching and mentoring to colleagues to build resilience and capacity across WASUT.

Requirements:
- Masters level of knowledge and demonstrable experience in a highly specialist relevant subject, e.g. HR / Employee Relations / Employment Law / Investigation related work.
- Knowledge of NHS/Public Sector policies and procedures.
