Service Administrator for Children and Young People

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team at Northpoint, a regional provider of children, young people, and adults mental health services. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the reception area, meeting and greeting visitors, and maintaining a safe and well-maintained office environment.
Key Responsibilities- Answer and direct phone calls, handle inquiries promptly.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring tidiness.
- Coordinate with contractors for repairs and maintenance.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintain records.
- Maintain internal systems, including databases and spreadsheets.
