About the Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Performance Analysis Director to join our Energy Intensive team. The successful candidate will have experience in managing teams, good knowledge of the energy industry, and strong planning and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and nurture a team of analysts to ensure effective service delivery and high client satisfaction
  • Continually monitor and evaluate business services, systems, and processes to recommend improvements
  • Efficiently manage staff timetabling, including holidays and sick cover, ensuring adequate cover for the team

Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum
