Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Service Catalogue strategy, aligned with broader business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement Service Catalogue processes, ensuring seamless integration with the digital ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and partners to develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date service catalogue entries.
  • Ensure the effective governance and control of the Service Catalogue, maintaining its relevance and value to the organisation.
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with stakeholders, providing timely updates on Service Catalogue progress and initiatives.

About You

  • You have significant experience in strategic planning and execution, with a proven track record of delivering results-oriented initiatives.
  • You possess excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build and manage high-performing teams.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £90,000-£120,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including flexible working arrangements, professional development opportunities, and a competitive pension scheme.
