Senior Quantity Surveyor Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Dragados S.A. UK Branch.
About the Role:
- Oversee the delivery of projects, including subcontract administration, cost and value reporting, and change management.
- Manage and assess monthly payment processes for subcontracts in accordance with contractual timescales.
- Coordinate change management processes under subcontracts, drafting contractors' instructions and reviewing NECs and quotations for compensation events.
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and EU/UK legislative provisions affecting procurement.
- Provide contractual advice to commercial, construction, and engineering departments.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Experience working with NEC 3 or 4 contracts and administering NEC 3 or subcontract options A/B/C/E.
- Knowledge of civil engineering and infrastructure projects.
- Strong analytical mind and logical problem-solving skills.
- Able to work as part of a team and committed to delivering high-quality service.
- Hold a CSCS Card and degree-level education in a numerate or commercial discipline.
- Member or Associate Member of RICS or CIOB or working towards.
