We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join our team at Options Resourcing Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining an IATF management system, managing QMS and IATF documentation, and ensuring proper retention of records and documents.
Main Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain an IATF management system
- Manage QMS and IATF documentation and ensure proper retention of records and documents
- Create, update, and review QMS and IATF related documents in collaboration with process owners
- Schedule, support, and lead internal and external audits for QMS and IATF
- Issue non-conformance reports and ensure corrective actions and preventative actions are implemented, verified, and closed within a set timeframe
- Monitor and report on quality KPIs, developing action plans to correct adverse trends and drive continuous improvements in quality performance
- Ensure H&S compliance and correct PPE is being used at all times in your area
- Promote a positive attitude towards Lean and support the process with a positive attitude
- Take part in Kaizen, 5 why, 8 D events, and lead root cause analysis and preventative actions
- Set department objectives and review and assess on-going performance of direct reports
- Previous experience in a similar role or a senior Quality position within the manufacturing sector
- Excellent people management skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal skills
