Site Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a prestigious commercial project in Antrim. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all on-site activities, ensuring the project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Site Supervision: Oversee all on-site activities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Project Planning: Work closely with the project management team to develop and manage a comprehensive project schedule, ensuring key deadlines and milestones are met within budget.
- Team Leadership: Manage and coordinate site teams, including subcontractors and tradespeople, ensuring effective communication and smooth workflow throughout the project.
- Health & Safety: Take ownership of site health and safety, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and company safety policies.
- Quality Control: Monitor all works to ensure they meet required specifications and quality standards.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain regular communication with the client, architects, and engineers, providing progress updates and addressing any project-related issues or concerns.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience as a Site Manager on commercial construction projects, with specific experience in steel frame and brick/block construction.
- Qualifications: Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Alternatively, a strong trade background with relevant site management experience.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of Northern Ireland's building regulations and commercial construction processes, especially steel frame and masonry.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage site teams effectively, with excellent organizational skills to keep the project on track.
- Health & Safety Focus: A proactive approach to health and safety, with a firm commitment to maintaining a safe site.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000, dependent on experience, and the opportunity to work with a respected contractor with a strong pipeline of future projects.
