Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team in Belfast. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate the work of site staff, including foremen, supervisors, and skilled craftsmen.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and policies.
- Control site setup and ensure the site is presentable and user-friendly.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and read and understand site drawings.
- Monitor and control project progress, ensuring it is executed according to the project program.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date site documentation, including daily plant and equipment checks, inductions, site attendance, hot works, accidents, or incidents.
- Conduct daily morning briefings with subcontractors to ensure site coordination.
- Communicate effectively with clients and site visitors.
- Be commercially aware and ensure the project is delivered efficiently.
- Have a keen eye for quality and detail to ensure the finished project meets the highest standards expected by clients.
- Experience managing fit-out projects at a Site Manager level to completion.
- Relevant site management tickets, such as SMSTS, SSSTS, CSCS, or NVQ.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage timeframes and budget.
- Ability to travel throughout the UK.
