{"h1": "Junior Digital Marketing Manager", "p": "We are seeking a talented Junior Digital Marketing Manager to join our Digital team at BLUE Communications. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns for our clients.

Your primary objective will be to become the established main point of contact for digital marketing clients on a day-to-day basis. You will work closely with our clients, account teams, and other stakeholders to ensure that digital marketing strategies align with wider communications and overarching business objectives.

Key responsibilities include: managing multiple projects of varying scope and size, translating agreed digital marketing strategies and programmes into effective tactical implementation, monitoring the delivery of activity against agreed programme KPIs and staff resource, and mentoring digital marketing executives.

To be successful in this role, you will have commercial experience in digital strategy development, account management, content creation and management, social media management, SEO and SEM, and analytics and reporting.
