About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Clinical Director to lead our clinical team and drive the development of our Referral Service Offering and Hospital In-patient service. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and skilled Veterinary Surgeon who has previous management experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing clinical strategies to enhance patient care and outcomes;
- Leading the clinical team and providing guidance and support to colleagues;
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
- A strong track record of leadership and management in a veterinary setting;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- A deep understanding of clinical operations and service development.
