**Job Summary**

Antony James Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Litigation Solicitor to join our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a wide range of litigation matters, providing legal advice and representation to clients, and managing cases from inception to resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conducting thorough legal research and analysis on various litigation matters to provide informed advice to clients.
  2. Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and other court filings, to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  3. Providing strategic advice to clients on litigation strategies and potential outcomes, taking into account their business goals and objectives.
  4. Managing a caseload of litigation matters and ensuring deadlines are met, while maintaining open communication with clients and other stakeholders.
  5. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders, including colleagues, opposing counsel, and court officials.

Requirements:

  1. Qualified solicitor with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience in litigation, with a strong understanding of civil procedure rules and litigation practices.
  2. Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts to clients and other stakeholders.
  3. Proven track record of successful litigation outcomes, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  4. Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction, with a strong understanding of local laws and regulations.
