Commercial Litigation Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join our team at Taylor Root. As a key member of our Commercial Litigation Group, you will be responsible for handling complex cases from pre-action stages to trial and appeal.

About the Role

As a Commercial Litigation Solicitor, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of contentious matters, including pre-dispute advice, interim injunctions, trial litigation, and appeals. You will also be involved in regulatory work, arbitration, and mediation, providing clients with pragmatic and commercially driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle complex cases from pre-action stages to trial and appeal
  • Work independently on smaller cases and support larger, more complex litigation matters in collaboration with senior lawyers
  • Be involved in regulatory work, interim injunctions, and arbitration
  • Provide clients with pragmatic and commercially driven solutions
Requirements

We are looking for a solicitor with 4-6 years PQE and strong academic credentials. You will have high-quality training and a strong understanding of commercial litigation. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
