Palm Bay Primary School is seeking an experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of children's needs, both pastoral and educational, and be able to provide support in a learning environment.

The role involves supporting the learning of groups and individuals, delivering interventions as directed by the class teacher, and supervising pupils at break times and lunch times. The ideal candidate will have excellent levels of literacy and numeracy, excellent communication skills, and a strong empathy with children's diverse needs.

Key responsibilities include:

Estimated salary: £23,000 - £28,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
