We are currently recruiting for Teaching Assistants to join our team of educational professionals in Margate. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting both students and staff, helping to create a positive and nurturing learning environment.

**Responsibilities:

  • Supporting teachers in the classroom, assisting with lessons and activities.
  • Working with small groups or individual students, providing tailored support to meet their learning needs.
  • Helping to manage classroom behaviour, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment.
  • Supporting students with SEND, promoting inclusivity in the classroom.
  • Collaborating with teachers to develop learning materials and resources.
  • Providing constructive feedback to teachers on student progress and areas for improvement.

**Requirements:**

  • A strong passion for working with children and helping them achieve their full potential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in supporting different subjects and classroom settings.
  • Experience working in a school environment (preferred, but not essential).
  • An enhanced DBS check or willingness to undergo one.

**Salary and Benefits:**
