About the Role:
As a Crisis Intervention Specialist with Orange Recruitment, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable individuals and families. You will work as part of a dedicated team under the direction of our Support Team Manager to deliver personalized support plans and ensure successful tenancies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement tailored support packages for service users with diverse needs, including those with learning disabilities, mental health issues, and autism.
  • Collaborate with relevant partner agencies to ensure a coordinated approach to service delivery.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and report concerns to the Support Team Manager regarding child welfare or child protection issues.
