We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Children's Residential Care Deputy Managers to join our team and take the next step in their careers. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our residential homes, working closely with our management team to ensure the highest standards of care and support for our young residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the management of our residential homes, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for our residents.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents.
  • Work closely with our management team to ensure the smooth operation of our homes.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to our care staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in children's residential care.
  • Level 3 qualification in Children's Residential Care or Health and Social Care.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, staff, and external partners.

Experience:

  • Children residential homes: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:
