About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Shift Leader to join our team at Tesco. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for coordinating a team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of activities and lead a team to deliver results
- Provide on-the-job coaching and feedback to improve service
- Monitor team performance and implement practical actions for improvement
- Ensure a safe working environment and promote a positive store culture
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to role-model
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work flexibly and make decisions efficiently
- Energy and drive to deliver results and exceed expectations
