The post holder is responsible for assisting with managing the shift and all direct staff. To ensure the smooth running of the production process. To ensure that all products are produced to the specified specifications. Target and deadlines are met to achieve the orders. To ensure that all direct staff and agency comply with the company’s Health and Safety procedures.

**Salary**: £27,874.80

**Shift**:Monday - Thursday, 14:00pm - 23:00pm

**Key Requirements**:
**Admin Duties**:

- Production Records
- Ensure all processed parts have been scanned through by yourself or your team by end of shift
- Ensure the date, time & name on them is correct
- Ensure all working hours for your team are accounted for by end of shift
- Identify process timings and whether there are any reworks & record those on the sheets
- Ensure all team members are keeping records up to date and notify you of any discrepancies or issues

**Management Duties**:

- Deployment of team
- Ensure your team are in the correct areas & are working on target
- Check in on them throughout the shift & make adjustments as needed to achieve the plan
- Ensure your team’s workload is organised correctly and controlled
- Ensure your team have all the correct PPE at all times & are safe in their working environment.
- Report all Accidents/Incidents/Near Misses/Hazard Observations as soon as reasonably possible.
- Raise it on iAuditor
- Then communicate/escalate via the WhatsApp Production Chat
- If it’s an Accident, a first aider will need to report to the scene & fill out the accident form on behalf of the injured party
- Then ensure this form is handed over to H&S Manager
- Ensure your team are doing their job specific checks & maintenance of their equipment as expected.
- I.e., FLT drivers doing their checks before using them in the morning.
- Bring up/collect any Holiday or Absence Request Forms for your Team from the mailboxes in the office
- Holiday & Absence forms can be found pinned to the HR board in the office
- Ensure you do a Return-to-Work Interview for any members of your team that have been absent the day they return and before they start work
