Care and Support Worker

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care and Support Worker to join our team in Portadown. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing person-centred care and support to individuals with autism, enabling them to live fulfilling lives.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of others. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience, working closely with our experienced team of professionals.

About the Role
- Provide person-centred care and support to individuals with autism
- Develop and maintain relationships with service users and their families
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care and support
Requirements
- Experience in providing care and support
- Full UK driving license
- Ability to work on a rota basis, including unsocial hours and weekends
