Overview

We are seeking a recent graduate to join our team as a Graduate Programme participant. This is an exciting opportunity to launch your career in water treatment solutions and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a Graduate Programme participant, you will be responsible for supporting a variety of projects and tasks, including:

  • Water quality management systems, including storage assets and pipelines, using a range of technologies
  • Enhanced chemical cleaning
  • Manual inspections of assets
  • Robotic inspections using underwater ROVs and robotic cleaners
  • Aerial drones for land and asset surveys

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Data Modelling, Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Business Administration
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently
  • A full driver's licence
  • Flexibility in your approach to travel
  • Demonstrable strong knowledge of computer and IT programmes
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Intellectual curiosity to develop a deep understanding of business issues
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal

We offer a competitive salary of £28,300 per annum, mentoring support from the Executive team, and industry-recognised training. You will also have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and tasks, and to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and innovative environment.
