Why You Should Apply

This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and innovative environment. As a Science Graduate, you will be part of a team that is dedicated to delivering high-quality products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support commercial teams and customers with technical knowledge and support, including direct contact via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Prepare theoretical new product proposals for customers and prospects.
  • Provide customers with regulatory and technical information as required.
  • Collaborate with the quality department in generating quality system documentation.
  • Formulate and undertake laboratory scale work, including lab scale product development and preparing samples for product assessment.
  • Work closely with the research & development and engineering departments to ensure smooth and trouble-free introduction of new products.
  • Source suitable new raw materials and provide the quality department with support in the approval of new raw materials.
  • Keep up to date with market and competitor trends as well as new and emerging materials.
  • Prepare product documentation related to New Product Introduction processes.
Requirements
  • A degree-level qualification in a scientific field such as Biological Sciences, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Forensic Science, Food Science, Biology, etc.
  • Strong communication skills in both written and verbal formats.
  • Previous experience of customer contact is desirable.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
  • A Full UK Driver's License and access to your own transport is desirable.
What We Offer

A salary of up to £25,000 (dependent on experience) + pension, potential annual bonus, 24 days holiday + Bank Holidays, etc.

The company offers a flexible working scheme where you work 8 hours per day Monday to Friday, with a start time between 7:30am-9:30am and finish time between 3:30pm-5:30pm.
