Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support to commercial teams and customers, including direct contact via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
- Offer regulatory and technical information to customers as required.
- Collaborate with the quality department to generate quality system documentation.
- Conduct laboratory-scale work, including product development and sample preparation.
- Work closely with research and development and engineering departments to ensure smooth product introduction.
- Support the quality department in approving new raw materials.
To be successful in this role, you will need a degree-level qualification in a scientific field, excellent Microsoft Office skills, and a Full UK Driver's License. A flexible working scheme is also available.
BenefitsThis role offers a competitive salary of up to £25,000, pension, potential annual bonus, and 24 days holiday plus Bank Holidays. You will also have the opportunity to work from home one day per week after a six-month probationary period.
