Mental Health Support Specialist

Academics Ltd is seeking a dedicated Mental Health Assistant to provide vital emotional and behavioral support to students within an educational environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with teaching staff, support mental health strategies, and facilitate group or one-to-one sessions.
Job OverviewThis position plays a crucial role in supporting students' mental wellbeing within a school setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mental health and experience working in a school or mental health setting.
Responsibilities:- Provide emotional and behavioral support to students.
- Work closely with teaching staff to promote positive mental health strategies.
- Offer one-to-one and group support sessions.
- Assist in developing and implementing mental health support plans.
The successful candidate can expect:
- A competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum.
