Primary Education Support Worker

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at a primary school in the Worcester area. This is a full-time position that requires the successful candidate to have direct experience of supporting classes on a general basis, as well as working one-to-one with children who have specific needs.
">Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have:
- NVQ Level 3 Qualification
- Relevant experience in primary settings
- Experience of working one-to-one with children
- Able to encourage child's development and improve their access to the curriculum
- At least 6 months working in a primary school
- A patient and compassionate attitude
To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a teaching assistant with Aspire People, you will also receive:
