Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of chefs to achieve exceptional standards in food quality, presentation, and service.

  • Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and a warm, efficient, and fun dining environment.

Requirements:

  • Hold City & Guilds/NVQ/SVQ or equivalent culinary qualifications.
  • Experience in leading, motivating, and inspiring a team of chefs to achieve exceptional standards.
  • Good understanding of nutrition, HACCP, and COSHH principles.
  • Knowledge of modified diets using the IDDSI framework (training and development provided for new team members).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with residents, staff, and external partners.
