About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team in Shaftesbury. As a Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently and maintain their dignity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care with warmth and respect, including assistance with daily routines and household tasks
  • Support clients with meal prep and provide companionship, listening to their life stories and sharing laughter
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless care delivery and client satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
What We Offer
  • Competitive pay rates: £13.50ph for weekdays and £14.50ph for weekends
  • Enhanced pay on weekends and bank holidays
  • 45p per mile mileage reimbursement and PAID travel time
  • 28 days holiday pro rata

Requirements
  • Full UK Driving Licence and your own car
  • Experience in care essential
  • Commitment to work alternate weekends (or other weekend options can be discussed at interview)
