Support a Gentleman with Complex Health Needs in His Own Home

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Active Care Group. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting a gentleman with complex health needs in his own home in Mere, Wiltshire.

About the Role

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in someone's life. You will be responsible for providing personal care and support to our client, who has had a stroke and requires assistance with daily living tasks. Due to the rural location of the client's home, you must be a driver with a car to get there.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Providing personal care and support to our client, including assistance with daily living tasks
  • Helping our client to maintain his independence and quality of life
  • Working collaboratively with our client's family and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes

What We Offer
