- Coordinate with technical and non-technical teams to ensure effective incident management.
- Develop and maintain incident management processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate incident status and resolution.
- Proven experience in incident management, preferably in high-pressure or fast-paced environments.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on root cause analysis and resolution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with incident management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
This role will require the successful candidate to work on-site 2 days per week in Leeds. The client is looking for candidates who are available to start ASAP.
