About the Role:
eXPD8 is seeking a skilled Retail Merchandiser to join our team in the Northallerton area. As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring the visual appeal of our clients' products in-store, working closely with our clients to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compliance and Standards: You will be responsible for adhering to our clients' merchandising standards and guidelines, as well as store policies and procedures.
- Product Placement and Replenishment: You will arrange and organize products on shelves and displays to maximize visibility and appeal.
- Promotional and Point of Sale Setup: You will set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
- Strong Communication and Relationship Building: You will build and maintain good working relationships with in-store colleagues, particularly department and store managers.
Requirements:
- Experience in merchandising, retail, and/or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and use initiative to find solutions
- Pride in delivering great standards and service for our clients
- Comfortable with manual handling and able to move and arrange products from the warehouse to the shopfloor
- Willingness to accept home deliveries of point of sale or stock items for some visits
- Confidence using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos, and answer questions about tasks
- A full UK driving license and access to a car is a bonus
