**Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Manager to join our team at Finlay Jude Associates Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing product and process development activities to meet company R&D and Marketing objectives.

**Key Responsibilities:

• Advising customers on choice of materials, specification enquiries, and properties.
• Coordinating internal and external non-conformances/complaints to ensure timely root cause analysis, corrective action, and continuous improvement of manufacturing operations.
• Providing on-time release documentation to customers in accordance with stated requirements.
• Ensuring Cost of Quality KPIs are monitored and necessary corrective actions are taken to achieve targets.
• Assisting in the development of all employees in respect of quality management systems/standards and customer requirements.
• Recruiting, hiring, and training technical staff.
• Motivating and developing team members to achieve their full potential.
• Fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Addressing performance issues and providing constructive feedback.

**Requirements:

• Experience in fire protection, acoustic/thermal insulation materials, and facades is beneficial but not essential.
• Strong technical skills and experience in the relevant field.
• Proven leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• A problem-solving mentality and the ability to think critically.
