About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Holland & Barrett. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the store and will play a vital role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Management: Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including stock management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Sales and Profitability: Analyze sales figures daily to identify opportunities for growth and implement strategies to drive sales and profitability.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service and that their needs are met.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and provide expert advice to customers.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Previous Retail Management Experience: Proven experience in a retail management role, with a track record of delivering sales growth and excellent customer service.
- Excellent Communication and People Management Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Ability to Work Under Pressure: Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and handle challenging situations.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales figures and identify opportunities for growth.

- Ability to Complete Regular Training: Ability to complete regular computer-based training to stay up-to-date with product knowledge.
