Key Responsibilities- Provide social support to individuals, assisting them to engage with their communities through planned outings and activities.
- Administer and monitor medication, ensuring the health and safety of our service users.
- Assist individuals with personal care, promoting their independence and dignity.
- Offer practical support, helping individuals to maintain their tenancy and daily living skills.
- A full manual driving license, as you will be required to drive supported individuals' mobility cars.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early, back, late, and sleepover shifts.
