As the Head of Compliance, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing compliance processes and maintenance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks and standards.

The estimated salary for this role is around $150,000 per year, depending on your level of experience.

This role is perfect for someone who has at least 5 years of experience in framework compliance and audits within the healthcare staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead compliance audits, both internal and external, and implement corrective actions as necessary to address any identified issues.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines in line with framework rules and regulations.
  • Provide guidance and training to staff regarding compliance requirements and best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to monitor and improve compliance performance across all aspects of the business.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for compliance-related inquiries and escalations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in framework compliance and audits within the healthcare staffing industry.
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of regulatory frameworks.
  • Proven experience in managing compliance and maintenance teams.
