The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a retail or customer service role, with a strong understanding of luxury womenswear brands and products.

About the Job:

  • Supporting Sales: Assist clients in selecting products and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Boutique Operations: Support the day-to-day operations of the boutique, including stock control and organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide an excellent level of customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of our brand, products, and seasonal collections.
  • Assist with sales transactions, managing cash handling and inventory management tasks.

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
