We are looking for a talented Sales Negotiator and Valuations Expert to join our team in Cambridge. This exciting opportunity involves working with Connells Group UK to win listings and gain new instructions for properties to market while providing exceptional customer service.

As a Sales Negotiator and Valuations Expert, you will optimise every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor. To succeed in this role, you must possess estate agency experience, preferably as an experienced Lister, Valuer, Instructions Manager, Valuations Manager or an Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator looking for that step up and career progression. Outstanding customer care and customer service experience are also essential, along with being resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. IT literacy and a Full UK driving licence are also required.

The estimated salary for this position is £32,500 - £37,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission. Industry leading training and development opportunities are available, including support to gain your Level 3 qualification in your specialist area.   • Estate Agency experience
  • Preferably an experienced Lister, Valuer, Instructions Manager, Valuations Manager or an Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator looking for that step up and career progression
  • Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A Full UK driving licence holder
