Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior First Contact Physiotherapist to join our team at Edinburgh Rugby. As a key member of our physiotherapy department, you will be responsible for providing outstanding clinical management to our first team players at training and fixtures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Head of Physiotherapy in providing clinical management to first team players
- Develop and implement injury prevention, accelerated recovery, and peak performance strategies tailored to the demands of high-level rugby players
- Collaborate with the coaching team to ensure quick, effective solutions to player injuries and performance issues
- Contribute to the development of a positive and supportive team culture
Requirements:
- Experience in musculoskeletal treatments and sports-related rehabilitation
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
