Senior First Contact Physiotherapist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior First Contact Physiotherapist to join our team at Edinburgh Rugby. As a key member of our physiotherapy department, you will be responsible for providing outstanding clinical management to our first team players at training and fixtures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head of Physiotherapy in providing clinical management to first team players
  • Develop and implement injury prevention, accelerated recovery, and peak performance strategies tailored to the demands of high-level rugby players
  • Collaborate with the coaching team to ensure quick, effective solutions to player injuries and performance issues
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and supportive team culture

Requirements:

  • Experience in musculoskeletal treatments and sports-related rehabilitation
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
