Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Physiotherapist to lead our medical team within the Scottish Rugby Academy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physiotherapy care to Scottish Academy Players.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the medical team in providing physiotherapy care to Scottish Academy Players
  • Connect with the Scottish Rugby Pathway and Scotland Women's medical team to contribute to the Scottish Rugby medical team
  • Develop and implement robust strategies to reduce injury risk
  • Work closely with the strength and conditioning team and rugby coaches to enhance player development

Requirements

  • 5 years' experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy
  • Experience in a High-Performance environment
  • World Rugby Level 3 First Aid course qualification equivalent to SCRUMCAPS
  • Clean Protecting Vulnerable Groups check from Disclosure Scotland
