**Job Summary**
FM Conway is seeking a highly skilled Contract Management Specialist to join our Street Lighting division, based in Dartford. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing street lighting and electrical works, ensuring the highest level of health, safety, and quality.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan and program works, including pre-contract site visits to determine project requirements
- Manage the relevant street lighting contracts team, motivating them, dealing with any performance issues, and promoting the continual professional development of all key members of staff
- Ensure that all site works are executed in a time and cost-efficient manner while regularly liaising with clients, the general public, authorities, and sub-contractors/suppliers
- Monitor and maintain records of plant, labor, and materials and assist in monthly internal commercial reporting and external contract performance reporting
**Requirements**
- Previous experience within a similar role
- Strong electrical knowledge and experience in programming, H&S site-specific risk assessments, and good IT skills
- Qualifications/certifications: 210 G39 certification, HEA/HERS Qualified Supervisor, HEA/HERS Authorised Officer, CSCS, SMSTS, Full UK driving license, Level 6 NVQ in Management
