Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead electrical projects from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring timely delivery, within scope, and on budget.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and cost management.
  • Coordinate with clients, main contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
  • Attend project meetings to provide progress updates, resolve issues, and adapt plans as necessary.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in project management within the electrical or M&E contracting sector.
  • Proven track record of managing projects from pre-con to handover.
  • Experience managing multi-million-pound budgets and ensuring profitable project delivery.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Installation, and a relevant Project Management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) preferred.
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
  • SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) or equivalent safety certification.
  • Full UK driving license.
