About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team at Liz Earle Beauty Co. as a key member of our Beauty and Brand Partnerships team. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing targeted marketing communications with our internal brand partner No7.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multi-channel campaigns to deliver business objectives, responsible for copy and creative direction.
  • Work closely with the data team to ensure effective targeting and continuous improvements in the use of our data.
  • Develop CRM strategies to retain existing, win back lapsed and acquire new customers, championing the customer journey and lifetime value.
  • Produce clear, concise and insightful briefs to ensure clear direction.
  • Drive KPI performance including channel engagement and incremental sales.
  • Line management of 1 Marketing Assistant.

Requirements:

  • A creative individual with a customer-first mindset.
  • Working in marketing and preferably in a digital environment with experience in Email and Direct Mail and familiar with emerging CRM technologies.
  • Passionate about beauty and skincare.
  • Proactive in finding solutions not problems.
