Job Overview
  • Estimated Salary: £19,920 - £21,390 per annum (based on 35 hours per week)

Responsibilities
  1. The ideal candidate will work closely with young people in various settings to identify and mitigate risks associated with offending behavior.
  2. They will design and implement evidence-based programs to enhance young people's personal and social development.
  3. Through regular evaluations, the service will ensure it meets the needs of young people and provides high-quality support.
  4. Maintenance of accurate records using the electronic system is crucial to inform service delivery.
  5. Collaboration with local authorities and community groups is essential to provide young people with positive opportunities.
  6. Effective advocacy for young people will enable them to access necessary resources and support.
  7. Supporting families to address concerns and integrate into mainstream services is also a key responsibility.
Requirements
  • Education: Graduate or equivalent degree in a relevant field (e.g., youth work, social work).
  • Experience: Proven experience working with young people and their families.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of safeguarding principles, risk management, and child protection procedures; excellent communication skills to engage with young people.
