We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join our HR team at Churchill Group. As an Employee Relations Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting our management team on complex employee relations cases.
Key Responsibilities- Employee Relations Support: Provide comprehensive advice on employee relations cases, including absence management, redundancies, disciplinaries, and grievances.
- HR Policy and Procedure: Ensure that HR policies and procedures are met, and sound employee relations are facilitated and promoted.
- Statistical Reporting: Produce confidential monthly statistical reports on ER cases, tribunals, compromise agreements, sickness, and employee turnover.
- Project Support: Undertake ad-hoc projects as required.
- Commercial Awareness: Experience within the private sector with a strong commercial background.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
- Generalist ER Experience: An appropriate level of generalist ER experience gained within a fast-moving environment.
- Case Management: The ability to work high volumes of cases at any one time while prioritizing effectively.
- HR Knowledge: An excellent understanding of HR policies and procedures and employment legislation, including redundancies, TUPE, DBS, Security Vetting, Grievance, Disciplinary, and termination management.
