Field Sales Business Development Manager
Remote / Occasional travel to our office for meetings and training
£35,000 - £40,000 base salary based on experience, OTE c£50,000 - £60,000

The Sales BDM Opportunity:

We seek experienced and ambitious field sales professionals who can bring their expertise, drive, and passion for success to a new challenge.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Use a professional, energetic, and structured sales approach to secure new business leads
  2. Identify and gather data on SMEs that would benefit from our digital solutions
  3. Arrange and attend client meetings with the primary goal of closing sales on a weekly basis
  4. Exhibit confidence, motivation, and a strong work ethic to consistently achieve results

About You:

  1. Hold a proven track record in field or telesales with success in sourcing and closing new business
  2. Strong knowledge in direct sales, ideally within a similar sector
  3. You strive to be the best, bringing enthusiasm and drive to every interaction
