About The Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Property Condition Assessment Specialist to join our team. As a Building Defect Investigator, you will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments of properties to identify any defects, damage, or decay. This role requires a deep understanding of building structures, materials, and systems, as well as experience with various inspection techniques and reporting methodologies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building surveying, construction, or a related field, with a focus on property condition assessment and defect investigation. A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role is preferred. In addition to your technical expertise, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
